More than six months before your wedding
Full refund of everything you've paid, including the £50 reservation.
Between one and six months before
- Reserved with £50: the £50 is kept, and the remaining £400 won't be collected if you cancel before it's due.
- Paid £450 in full: we refund 70% (£315).
Less than one month before
Payments are generally non-refundable, as your kit will already be allocated and prepared.
Changing your date
Subject to availability, we'll do our best to move your booking. Get in touch and we'll sort it.
