Do our guests need to know how to film?+
Not at all. The cameras are point-and-press simple, and the kit comes with a friendly guide your guests can read in two minutes.
How does the £50 reservation work?+
£50 today secures your date. The remaining £400 is collected automatically one month before your wedding, using the card you saved at checkout. The total is always £450.
Can I pay the full £450 upfront?+
Yes. Choose 'Pay in full' at checkout and you're all done.
When does the kit arrive?+
Usually 3–4 days before your wedding, so there's time to charge everything and have a play.
What if something gets broken?+
Accidents happen. Our terms explain how damage and loss are handled. We just ask that you look after the kit like it's your own.
Can I change my date or cancel?+
Yes. More than six months before the wedding you get a full refund, including the £50. Closer to the date, different rules apply — see our cancellation policy.
Is this the same team as Ceeb Moz photography?+
Yes. Wedding Tape is a new service from Ceeb Moz, and your film is edited by our team.
Do we get the raw footage?+
Yes — as well as the edited film and Reel, you get access to all the original footage your guests recorded.
